I can say that is a good idea. However for me people can't say that he/she doesn't have any time for exercise,in Finland many of people have time going to gym which is normally seen for those people who are motivated to get fit.In part of Helsinki 75% of people do exercise in morning that's why i can't say that they don't have a time for exercising.

Choosing to exercise regularly has just become even more important. Recent research has shown that lifting weights on a regular basis has a very significant impact on the brain as well as the body. Early signs of dementia have been reversed, quite quickly and long lasting. It is clearly a good preventative action and so easy to do at home. A compact home gym becomes a brain workout, and an aid to longer active life involvement.
